Welcome on the website of the University Institutes of Technology (IUT) of Orleans !
The campus of the university is located in a wooded area at the south of the Loire. It belongs to a territory which is registered in the world heritage of UNESCO.
The students have at their disposal several university restaurants, a pizzeria and a cafeteria. The IUT has a library available throughout the day except between 12 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The IUT is easily accessible from the city center by bus lines and tramway. The city of Orleans is a vibrant and a rich cultural place where life is good.
Actuality :
A new building is in construction at the heart of the IUT. It is intented at the departments GEA and GMP. It will include 10 practical work rooms, 7 computer rooms, 24 rooms for tutorials, 4 of lab work on work surface. Without forget offices for teachers.
The completion is estimated for 2015.
